I have read this entire application and all of the above information is true and correct. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts on this application is cause for rejection of the application. I understand that this application is not binding on behalf of the Bristol Club, but it is subject to Management's approval. Should Bristol Club Apartments decline this application, the half of the security deposit ($75) will be refunded. I understand the application fee ($50) is non-refundable. If applicant is approved by Owner, and the Lease is entered into, the $75 shall be credited to the required security deposit. If applicant is approved, but decides to cancel lease after 72 hours, the $75 shall be forfeited to the Owner as a cancellation fee. If applicant cancels before 72 hours is up the $75 shall be refunded.
